3. Fees and Payment Terms

4. Project Timelines and Delays

4.1 CSC commits to delivering services within the agreed-upon timelines.

4.2 Unavoidable delays caused by factors such as force majeure events, regulatory approvals, supply chain issues, or client actions may necessitate adjustments to the project schedule.

4.3 CSC is not liable for delays beyond its control but will strive to minimize any disruptions.

5. Liability and Warranty

5.1 CSC ensures that all services are performed in accordance with industry best practices and the quality standards outlined in the service agreement.

5.2 CSC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

5.3 Any claims related to service defects must be reported to CSC within 30 days of project completion to be eligible for resolution.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

6.1 Both CSC and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business data, project details, and sensitive information obtained during the course of the project.

6.2 CSC adheres to strict data protection policies and will not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination and Cancellation

7.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, subject to payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

7.2 CSC reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of client breach of contract, such as non-payment or non-compliance with applicable laws.

7.3 Upon early termination, the client is responsible for compensating CSC for all completed work and any associated costs incurred up to the termination date.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will first be addressed through good faith negotiations between CSC and the client.

8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes will be referred to arbitration by the governing laws specified in the service agreement.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of Switzerland.

10. Amendments and Updates

10.1 CSC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.
